Our Story
The Station is a Group Fitness and Personal Coaching Studio where you can find all of your internal and external needs. Our experienced staff have created a safe space for physical and mental growth. We also partner with other small local businesses to help with this process.
We offer a variety of services ranging from Group Fitness classes, Personal Coaching, and Massage Therapy. We also offer one on one private sessions for those that are not quite ready to step into a Group fitness class. We manage a support group for Domestic Violence survivors and we offer support to anyone who has a loved one that is dealing with addiction.
