Meg Harris is the owner of The Cultivation Station, a boutique fitness studio dedicated to helping people build healthier lives through movement, encouragement, and community.

With more than 38 years of dance experience, Meg has inspired countless individuals to discover the joy of movement.  Whether she's leading a high-energy dance fitness class, teaching line dancing, or encouraging someone through their very first workout.

Rachel was introduced to line dancing at the young age of 18, where she instantly fell in love. Over the past 32 years line dancing has become not only her favorite past time but also a way to get a break from life events that can be stressful. Teaching line dance has become Rachel’s second favorite past time. The line dance community is a welcoming group and provides a great way to meet new dancers and expand your line dance library.

Since being introduced to line dancing, Maria has been fascinated by the dance technique, choreography, and the unique way dancers communicate on the dance floor. Through years of experience she has developed a strong foundation in line dancing and an appreciation for the community it creates. Her goal is to inspire others to discover the joy of line dancing while fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere in every class.

Jeremy has been inspiring others through teaching dance fitness, helping people improve health and confidence and enjoy the power of movement. His classes have always focused on creating a welcoming environment where fitness and fun go hand in hand. As his passion has continued to grow, his journey has gifted him the opportunity to teach alongside friends while learning new styles and improving as an instructor.
